FlorentMalouda’s future is being linked away from Metz

Malouda joined the French side Metz on September of 2014 but it hasn’t been going well for the experienced midfielder as he only managed to score 3 goals in 28 appearances and the 35 year old player is now being connected with a possible move to the Indian Super League as well as with the Argentinean club River Plate.

According to a close source who knows what is going around involving the current situation of FlorentMalouda and a possible move to the Indian League, the source said: “Yes, he has been approached. He seems interested in coming to India. He might probably be the guy,”

Federico Andrada is a 21 year old forward who is currently playing for River Plate but has played alongside with FlorentMalouda as they both performed together with Metz and Andrada has revealed information concerning Malouda.
Andrada said that Malouda wants to make a move to River Plate as he has already talked with his former teammate.

The former Metz player Federico Andrada told reporters: ‘’I built a good relationship with Malouda. Everybody knows that he is a good player and he is also a big fan of River Plate. I gave him a shirt of River Plate and he gave me one of Chelsea. I have even talked with him about the possibility of joining River Plate and Malouda told me that he would come on a free deal. We still have a good relationship.’’

Even though FlorentMalouda is 35 years old, he still wants to continue performing at a high level and has not shown any desire of hanging up his boots and retiring.

Malouda made his debut in professional competitive football at the young age of 16 and from there on out he has gone to perform in a number of different clubs from distinct countries including: France, England and Turkey but he has never played in a club from Argentina however this might change soon if he decides to join River Plate in the summer.
